The Byron Bay-born Ben has cheffed around the globe at lauded eateries including Copenhagen’s NOMA. Since returning to the Northern Rivers with his wife Yen Trinh in tow he has continued to push boundaries in the world of cuisine, most recently with the duo’s restaurant Pipit in Pottsville which was opened in 2019. With a penchant for unique, sustainable ingredients the experimental fine diner is considered one of Australia’s best.
