Born in Lagos and now settled in Barcelona, creative director Wekaforé Jibril is a man of many talents. The multihyphenate creative left Lagos for the UAE at the age of 13, before studying design in Bilbao. Drawn to the diversity and warmth of the coastal city, Wekaforé then relocated to Barcelona, where he runs the fashion label Wekafore and one of the city’s hippest nightclubs, and also has his hand in music, film, and even comic books.
