No scuba certification needed – cage divers use simple breath-hold techniques while the cage floats alongside the boat. Surface viewing from the deck offers equally spectacular encounters. Tours last 2-4 hours at sea, with breakfast before departure and lunch after. Marine biologists are onboard to provide education and identify individual sharks.
EA Tip
Book winter months (April-October) for better underwater visibility and to see bronze whaler sharks in large groups – sometimes 25 at once.
