Laura Bailey

Raised in Western Australia, musician and artist Laura Bailey moved to Sydney in pursuit of her creative career, forming half of musical duo Mezko and playing big-name festivals such as Tasmania’s Dark Mofo and Sydney’s Secret Garden. But when an ‘underlying current’ encouraged her to leave Australia for somewhere new, she found the different perspective she was looking for in Berlin. Now a multidisciplinary creative, she combines everything from dark disco projects to large-scale artworks.
