"FDR Skatepark is the largest DIY skate park in the world. It was created by a skater, and it's such a visual experience going to the park. It's a concrete paradise, very colorful, and there are tags and art on the concrete. It's always changing because the skaters there are working on it all year round."

"Philadelphia has a great urban park called Wissahickon Valley Park: it's this 1800-acre gorge across forests and meadows, and it drops 100 feet in altitude before it goes into the river. So it's pretty steep, and there's a whole mountain biking community around it, because you can access this park from Center City Philadelphia."

"South Philadelphia is the most diverse part of our city, and one of my favorite parts is the Italian Market. It's one of the oldest and largest open–air markets in the country — there are cheese shops, butcher shops, and Mexican taquerias. It's just a wonderful feast for all the senses.I love going there."
