Les Arlots

Bistro
136 Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75010 Paris, France
Les Arlots

"In the 9th arrondissement, near my old gallery, is a restaurant called Les Arlots, which has fantastic natural wines. All the food and all the meats are prepared in-house. It's wonderful."

Montmartre

District
75018 Paris, France
Montmartre

"Regularly I often walk up to Montmartre, because that's the perfect spot to see the whole of Paris from one spot, and people can get their bearings. Because if you're running around the metro, you never sort of know how connected all the small villages inside Paris are."

Musée de l'Orangerie

Art museum
Jardin des Tuileries, 75001 Paris, France
Musée de l'Orangerie

"L'Orangerie and the Jeu de Paume in Jardin des Tuileries — they’re two museums that I love. I love seeing the Monet pieces in the Monet rooms inside the L'Orangerie. A bit classical, but always super pleasant. And then you could walk through the Tuileries, you have the loop at the end of this garden. So that’s always fantastic."

Hôtel Particulier

Hotel
23 Av. Junot Pavillon D, 75018 Paris, France
Hôtel Particulier

"Another place I love to go to, which is at the top of Montmartre, is called Hôtel Particulier. Apparently it was the old Hermès family home. It's tucked away and not very well signposted; they have a beautiful little garden and cocktail bar up there also."

Bois de Vincennes

Park
Rte de la Pyramide, 75012 Paris, France
Bois de Vincennes

"If you can make it, the Bois de Vincennes and the forest just outside of Paris, in the southeast, is beautiful. There’s a chateau there you can visit, but then there's a massive forest. Some of it’s tamed, like at the Parc Floral, but some of it's very wild inside the Bois."
