Curator and director Kitty Anderson grew up in Glasgow and spent a decade working and studying in London before she finally returned for good.

"It's three different places called Ivory Tars, Cento and A-M-G5. It’s sort of like a timeshare and they take it in turns to present things. They've all got completely different programmes and different teams of people who run them, but I think it’s an amazing model of how you can do something whilst sustaining other practices."

"Gloriosa is this fantastic restaurant.  It's totally incredible, lots of fresh vegetables and super, super simple things. Last time I had a salad that was just super thin celery and parmesan, with loads of olive oil. And it was just like one of the best things I've ever eaten."
